Flight Instructor Rating + Night VFR Training Endorsement (FIR+NVFR TE)

A Flight Instructor Rating (FIR) is a fantastic way to get your professional pilot career off to a flying start. It even makes a great addition to the skillset of more experienced career pilots.

Unlike other flight schools, CAE Melbourne goes beyond offering the basic Day VFR Grade 3 instructor rating by including the NVFR training endorsement, thereby greatly enhancing your future employment prospects.

Holding a Flight Instructor Rating allows you to be employed as a Flight Instructor and deliver flight training to student pilots. For those who have recently completed their Commercial Pilot Licence, working as a Flight Instructor is an excellent way to earn money while you build your flying hours.

CAE Melbourne Flight Training’s FIR course content meets the CASA requirements described in Part 61 Manual of Standards â€“ Instructor Ratings (FIRC). The Flight Instructor Rating (Grade 3) and Night Teaching Endorsement are granted following successful completion of two flight tests and the CASA Flight Instructor Rating exam.

Why CAE Melbourne?
