Our state-of-the-art purpose-designed Flight Training Academy is the most modern facility at Moorabbin Airport, and is situated in close proximity to the ATC tower. The operations area has direct airside access to our fleet, which reduces taxi time and maximised training efficiency.
Starting from $350 per week, including bills, our student accommodation is open to all students enrolled in our courses.
Interstate and international students can be accommodated at our 176-bed on-site Student Village, conveniently located directly opposite the CAE Melbourne Flight Training.

Moorabbin Airport (YMMB) is Australia’s busiest training airport with over 270,000 aircraft movements in 2024 financial year. Located in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, pilots training here experience the same airborne ATC environment as international airline pilots inbound to Melbourne International Airport, which is approximately 30NM away.
